Kitora is designed to work without invasive tracking. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to ad networks. Most persistence happens through your browser's local storage rather than traditional cookies.

When you choose light, dark, or system theme, that preference may be stored locally so the site remembers your choice on return visits. This uses local storage and/or a functional cookie set by our theme provider — not for tracking across other websites.

We use local storage to save:

• Favorite tools — tools you pin for quick access
• Recent tools — your recently opened utilities
• UI preferences — such as theme mode

This data remains on your device. Clearing site data in your browser removes it.

Tools that call external APIs (AI providers, PageSpeed, email delivery) may set their own cookies or log requests according to their privacy policies. Those interactions occur only when you actively use those features.

You can block or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Note that clearing storage will reset favorites, recent tools, and theme preferences.
